Ottawa muni sounds pretty harsh. Vancouver muni's are actually pretty good. No snaking and no 5somes allowed. If you play the par 3 pitch and putt courses, you're in for a 3 hour snooze fest and snake sesh. Obviously there are posers over here but you get those in all activities. I saw the worst ghetto fab hack on the driving range last week with sparkling new Mizuno blades and lame ass iron headcovers. Dude had the craziest forward press I've ever seen.. chunking and blading every shot. Definitely should not have been playing blades. Must have been $1700+ in his Nike bag. If you play the par 3 pitch and putt courses, you're in for a snoozing fest and snake sesh. LOL

I know exactly how you feel. It's even better when these chops start to analyze each others' swing. The blind leading the blind!!!! But seriously, the golf industry needs the hopeless chops. Having played countless rounds with posers like this makes me appreciate golfing with friends and skilled players that much more. Speaking of which Mr. Hooper, we will be getting out soon!!! I personally enjoy the on course husband/wife/couple on course lessons. I also love being judged on the first tee by well-dressed Greg Norman sporting chumps (that shark shit was ok back in the 90's....maybe). I usually let them all hit first and then outdrive them by 30yds with my 3-wood from the back tees when they're playing from the boys' tees. That is wicked!!! I know exactly how you feel.
